On Monday afternoon of October 28, I was able to meet with tutee Hongfu Wu. We had a conversation in a classroom in the CIES building.  Despite this being our initial meeting, Hongfu spoke rather clearly.  She expressed her desire to improve in speaking fluently and more effortlessly.  Our conversation explored many ideas and exchanges.  Hongfu is from Guangdong Province, China.  Her goal is to apply for a Master's Degree in Accounting.  Although, she is far away from home and misses it, she has a brother who is also enrolled in the university.  Since she would like to focus on speaking that will help her proficiency for business concentration. She is interested in getting together more frequently to have more opportunity for practical practice. And she wants to expand her vocabulary.  This was my recommendation, as well.
