Adrianna TS#3

This past Tuesday, I met with my tutee Halima. She is from Saudi Arabia and currently lives in Tallahassee with her husband and two sons. She has only been at CIES for three weeks now, but she says that she is enjoying her time her so far. Her biggest challenge is finding time to study, since she is also a mother and does not like to stay up late. She is planning on getting her masters degree in speech language pathology in the future, and believes that the CIES program will help her reach that goal. Halima struggles the most with listening so she wants to work on improving her listening skills during our tutoring sessions, and also improve her vocabulary knowledge. I am looking forward to our next tutoring session together! :)
