Adrianna TS#6

Yesterday, I met with my tutee Halima at the CIES building. For the first hour, I reviewed a final paper of hers and pointed out grammatical errors that needed to be corrected. The context of her paper was perfect, and she did not have an excessive amount of grammatical errors so I was pleased about that. Once we were finished editing her paper, I helped her with some homework that she had. The homework assignment required that she journal about a song from her country that cannot be found on any platform other than Youtube. This topic was difficult for her, because she does not listen to or enjoy listening to music. Once I helped her with that, we ended our session and made plans to contact each other soon about a future tutee session. Linzy was also there playing sequence with some of the CIES students, and they invited me to join so I did! The CIES students are very welcoming and fun to be around, so I really enjoyed meeting and playing sequence with them. I guess Linzy is pretty fun too ;) ;)
