Writing/Speaking
I got together with Hongfu today. Hongfu's command of English continues to be very impressive in not only speaking, but her writing and penmanship is also very good. For today, we spent time on her class assignment in writing. Her assignment consisted of writing an email message to her instructor. She had already put in the main ideas needed for the message. The only thing we had remaining to do was to minimally tweak the language to make for a smoother read.
During our time together we had a brief chat about China, and living in a big city versus a small town.
