The final day that Eda and I met was a bittersweet one. She had been suffering from a sore throat for a couple of days, but we still agreed to meet for a bit. She told me that she had signed up to take the TOEFL exam and was both excited and nervous for it. I reassured her that she will pass as long as she prepares for it. I told her about my plans to go to Death Valley over winter break and she did not know where Death Valley is, so I gave her some information on it and she soon became quite excited for me. We promised to keep in touch through social media, and we are both hopeful that our paths will cross again in the future :)
